The Eastern Ontario District is excited to announce that we will be taking part in the Academy of Medicine of Ottawa - Clinical Day (February 24th, 2012). The district has sponsored a booth to represent the Association and the physiotherapy profession during the interdisciplinary event. Local members from the OPA board of directors will be answering questions at the booth. The OPA will be sending resources for the booth set-up. We look forward to participating this year!
Keep your eyes peeled. Next year, we will be encouraging physiotherapists to submit proposals for presentations during the event. What better way to attract attention then to present at the clinical day?
Visit https://groups.ontariomd.ca/groups/amo for more details about the clinical day.
Feel free to contact the district, www.eophysio.ca, if you have any questions about the booth.
Get Involved! Upcoming Opportunities from the OPAInterAction 2012, the OPA Conference, will be held in Toronto from March 23 to March 25, 2012. Visit www.opa.on.ca/conference.shtml for more information.
You can also recognize the great work of your colleagues! Nominations for the OPA Annual Special Awards will be accepted until January 6, 2012. Visit www.opa.on.ca/index.shtml for more details. Ottawa Physio Race 2012Ottawa Physio Race 2012 Sunday, April 22nd 2012 Immaculata High School
